Introducing The Cut & The Catch, an elevated weekend offering at Splashes, available Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. This curated experience celebrates the finest selections from land and sea, think dry-aged specialty meats, line-caught fish, and pristine shellfish, prepared with precision and inspired by our oceanfront setting. Each dish invites a moment of indulgence, best enjoyed with a thoughtful wine pairing and a view of the Pacific’s shifting light.

On Thursday, April 30th, enjoy an evening inspired by the timeless vineyards of northern Italy. Hosted at Surf & Sand Laguna Beach, the experience begins with a sunset reception, where the Pacific horizon sets a striking counterpoint to the storied wines of Piedmont.

Let the ocean breeze and golden sunsets set the tone for Surf & Sand Unplugged on Bella Vista Terrace. Every Friday and Saturday from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm, settle in for live music paired with an elevated small bites menu and handcrafted cocktails in a stunning coastal setting. Select evenings feature an OC brewery tap takeover, showcasing favorites from Bottle Logic, The Bruery, and Green Cheek, bringing a fresh local pour to your seaside soundtrack.
