Every Thursday – Saturday from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm, settle in for live music paired with an elevated small bites menu and handcrafted cocktails in a stunning coastal setting. Select evenings feature an OC brewery tap takeover bringing a fresh local pour to your seaside soundtrack. Whether you're unwinding after a day on the sand or gathering with friends, Bella Vista Terrace is the perfect place to linger, sip, and take in the view. 

Raise a glass to the season with an elevated interpretation of Okotoberfest on Pacific Terrace. The evening begins with a reception at 6:30 pm, followed by a multi-course dinner that brings Bavarian inspiration to the California coast through refined preparations, autumnal flavors, and carefully selected wine pairings. 

An afternoon sweetened by the sea. Join us on the Pool Deck each Saturday and Sunday, through October, from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Linger in the sunshine, take in the ocean air, and enjoy a nostalgic treat.

As autumn settles over Laguna Beach, Pacific Terrace sets the scene for an evening shaped by the deeper flavors of the season. The dinner begins with a reception at 6:30 pm, followed by a multi-course men inspired by the harvest– layering earthly ingredients, warm aromatics, and thoughtful culinary detail with wines chosen to bring each course into balance. 

In this intimate chef-led demonstration, guests gather close as the Executive Chef Ro Fougeray works through preparations including a local crudo, a bright ceviche, or a delicate hamachi – each one a study in precision, acidity, and freshness. Set against the oceanfront backdrop of Bella Vista Terrace and paired with a glasses of bubble or a well-crafted cocktail, the experience becomes immersive, sensory, and quietly unforgettable. 

Splashes will offer a four-course prix fixe menu, bringing together autumnal flavors, refined preparations, and a relaxed sense of occasion. A children’s menu will also be available for younger guests.

Available Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the menu showcases dry-aged specialty meats, line-caught fish, and pristine shellfish, each prepared with precision and inspired by our oceanfront setting.
